All drivers for Overdrive rental vehicles must carry an active US insurance policy which covers the reservation period. We partnered with Axle to verify your coverage. You will complete verification once you complete your initial booking.
We Partnered with Rental Covers to provide Insurance for Economy Vehicles. If you do not have personal insurance you can still book with us by purchasing this during checkout. You will need to select the Collision Damage Waiver.
- Renter must have liability, comprehensive, and collision coverage which covers the value of the vehicle being booked.
- Most Economy Cars will be covered under your current policy.
- For our EXOTIC vehicles there are specific requirements for the coverage to cover the full value of the vehicle being booked. If your limits are lower than this, you can temporarily increase your limits with your insurance carrier see our blog post (here) on this topic.
- You can also purchase supplemental liability insurance for your rental (Here).
- Deductibles:
- Comprehensive: with maximum $1000 deductible
- Collision: with maximum $1000 deductible
- Uninsured Motorist Property Damage Coverage: 75K.
